Exchange & Refund

Lemle Eau strives to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that sometimes exchanges or refunds may be necessary.

1. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your product.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

2. Refund Policy

• Refunds are issued for defective or damaged items only
• To request a refund, contact us at lemmlefragrances@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with images of the defect.
• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.

3. Non-Refundable Items

• Used products, personalized items, and items on sale are non-refundable.
• Fragrance products opened or tested cannot be exchanged or refunded due to hygiene reasons

4. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. 
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this timeframe, cancellations are not accepted.
